This is a selection of the recipes that we use on our cookery courses.
We aim to help people eat more vegetables, so include these in the dishes. We also try to help people learn to use more flavours and spices, so helping to reduce reliance on salt as a flavouring. The recipes don’t contain too many ingredients and are simple to cook if you are just starting out.
Part of eating more healthily is portion control, so stick to the amounts suggested. Our main courses aim to provide around 400kcals in a portion so will help you to lose weight in a tasty way.
As with all cooking remember to taste what you have prepared as you may need to adjust the flavours. It is quite normal for recipes to taste a little bit different every time we prepare them.
