Royal Society of Public Health (RSPH) and Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Qualifications
Health Champions Training is an accredited training centre for the Royal Society of Public Health (RSPH) and delivers their courses on nutrition and health promotion. We offer Nutrition courses at Levels 1 – 4, and Health courses at Levels 1 and 2.
RSPH courses are all validated and widely recognised. If you successfully complete the course and pass the exam you will be awarded a RSPH certificate which can be added to your portfolio.
We are also an accredited centre for the delivery of Food Safety Training from the CIEH.

Cookery Champions Courses
Our well known Cookery Champions courses train community workers, teachers and professionals to be cookery club leaders. We have trained over 200 cookery club leaders. This course offers a full overview of running cookery courses including nutrition theory on a healthy diet, food labelling, influences on food choice, budgeting, group skills, presentation skills and much more.

Bite Size Courses
These quick refresher or introductory courses include the latest research and guidance on the topic and practical implementation of the guidance. Our food and nutrition related subjects will always incorporate a practical food element – either demonstration or cooking – to reinforce the key messages.

Bespoke Courses
If you or your organisation has a particular nutrition and health training need please contact us and we will discuss with you whether we can meet your needs. We will identify your learning needs, develop a programme to fit and send you a costed proposal. All courses will be based on our philosophy of fully integrating theoretical learning with practical learning.
